“Strength Yoga” is a unique fusion of yoga, mat pilates, and calisthenics aimed to tone and shape your whole body. Consisting of a series of movements derived from these different styles to increase strength, balance, and flexibility. Accessible to all levels the workout will be upbeat and challenging.
