Our fitness center features the latest strength and cardio equipment from Precor and TuffStuff. Use of our fitness center is included with your day pass or membership.

CROSS TRAINING

Our fitness area features first-in-class strength, cardio, and core fitness equipment. Our equipment includes the latest Precor Adaptive Motion Trainers, EFX cross trainers, treadmills, and both recumbent and upright exercise bikes.

The strength training area includes the CT-8 cross training rig, a lat pulldown / seated row machine, combination leg extension / leg curl machine, assisted chin-up / dip machine, as well as benches, free weights, and kettlebells. Also included are a range of medicine and swiss balls.

Weekly Fitness Classes

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a training technique where you give your maximum effort for quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short active recovery periods.  Most HIIT workouts have 20 to 30 seconds of all out training with 10 second breaks.  These workouts usually last 20 to 30 minutes and will absolutely shatter you.

This powerful 25-minute class focuses on all aspects of your core: abdominals, obliques, lower-back, and glutes. The implementation of cardio exercises within this session will insure a full-body workout.
