Jade Wong has been working as a hand therapist for over 10 years, and as a fellow climber, has a drive to help the community understand, and prevent, climbing injuries in the upper extremities.

This clinic will talk about common hand injuries for climbers, specifically A1 and A2 pulley injuries, rehab protocols and prevention. It will be mostly education-focused with demonstrations, as well as talking about fun exercise tools, taping techniques, and splint options!
