Intro to Aerial for Kids provides you with the fundamentals for an aerial experience at Sender One. This workshop will cover the basics of aerial silks and hammock, with skills such as climbing the fabrics, inverting (going upside down), and foot locks, as well as drills for proper form. Aerial is a great complement to your climbing practice, developing grip and upper body strength as well as flexibility.
