Yoga and Fitness


With either a day pass or a membership, you can enjoy full use of our Los Angeles fitness gym at Sender One Climbing. Our fitness area is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic gym work out. You’ll also get to enjoy the benefits of our LA yoga classes, which can lead to increased strength, flexibility, and balance. Our yoga instructors teach a variety of different yoga styles that can accommodate students of all experience levels and help complement their other workouts. With our help, you’ll achieve total wellness of body and mind! You must be 14 years or older to use the fitness area.


Class Schedule

Vinyasa Yoga

Our LA yoga classes feature Vinyasa Flow, which is a vigorous style of yoga that combines breath and movement through a nimble sequence of Sun Salutations and postures. The smooth, continuous flow will deepen your breathing, increase your endurance, and test the edge of your balance and flexibility. These classes are best if you’re physically active, comfortable with basic yoga postures, and just appreciate a healthy sweat!

Yin Yang

This is a deeply relaxing practice of supported poses, guided relaxation, yogic breathing, and an extended savasana (which means “final resting pose”). This meditative practice cultivates a necessary balance between one’s body and mind while also dissolving any physical and mental tension. This is a great choice for a student of any level who is seeking to reduce some of the harmful effects of stress.

Acro Yoga

This Acro Yoga Class will invite a new perspective on body awareness, connection, strength, and flexibility. In this partner based practice you will learn partner workouts, counter balances, inversion skills, base and flyer poses, and transitions along with safety spotting techniques. No partner necessary – be ready to connect and have fun!

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates focuses on core strength, stability, and alignment. We will work towards training the body through movement, increasing physical awareness, and breath. Mat pilates is a key component to rehabilitating the after an injury and for preventing injury. The strength and efficiency learned through the pilates mat work will rapidly change the strength and awareness you climb with!

Core Class

Supplement your climbing with our core class! This 45-minute class will help you strengthen and utilize your core to boost climbing performance, prevent injury, and improve posture.


Fitness Equipment

Our Los Angeles fitness gym includes a 12-foot tall rig that allows for six different stations including squats, bench press, deadlifts, and more. In complementing the rig, we have a number of free weights that include dumbbells and plates. Additionally, we have a large variety of cardio equipment – treadmills, ellipticals, AMTs, seated bicycles, upright bicycles, and rowers. Finally, we have a freestanding cable machine, diverging lat rowers, and prone leg curls.
