Will you accommodate more than 25 climbers?
How do food and drinks work?
Sender One will provide tables and chairs in both of our private event spaces. We also have a refrigerator available. We now offer a great food selection catered by Tustin Pizza Shack, a highly rated local pizza restaurant. If you order food through us, we will provide and set up:
- Utensils (if you order pasta or salad)
- Cups (if you order drinks)
We do not serve the food. Click here to see our catering menu Food must be ordered 48 hours in advance. You are welcome to bring your own dessert, cake or cupcakes. If you would like to bring in outside food items, there will be a $50 clean up fee. In addition, you must bring your own paper goods and tablecloths.
When should I book my event?
For all events, it is recommended that you book at least 2-3 weeks in advance to adequately plan your party. Allow for more time during peak seasons (summer and holidays). We require a non-refundable deposit to hold your time slot and date.
Do I need a waiver if I'm watching?
Yes! A completed waiver form is required for any person (climber or spectator) that enters the building.
Private meeting / event room. Accommodates up to 30 people.
Event Loft Space. Overlooks the main climbing gym. Accommodates up to 50 people.
