Anniversary Membership Sale FAQ
Does my membership start right away?
- If you are an active Month-to-Month EFT Member, your new Prepaid Membership will begin on the 1st of the month after your purchase. (July 1st for our June Anniversary Sale and December 1st for our Black Friday Sale)
- If you are an active Prepaid Member, your new Prepaid Membership will be added to your current membership plan immediately, extending your expiration date by the length of your prepaid purchase.
- If you are a Non-Member or Frozen Member, your new Prepaid Membership will only begin when you activate it during a visit. Just let us know that you want to begin the membership!
- All the above will apply unless you request otherwise by emailing [email protected].
Can I stack memberships?
Absolutely! If you desire and are able, you may purchase multiple prepaid memberships, and activate them over time.
Is my membership only good for one gym?
With a Sender One membership, you can enjoy climbing, yoga, and fitness at ALL Sender One locations and you get discounts on classes and Sender City.
Can I purchase a membership as a gift for someone?
You sure can! Just include their full name and birthdate during checkout.
