Sender One Westwood is a bouldering-only location. We do not have a Sender City. If you booked a Westwood party by mistake, please contact us within 48 hrs to receive a full refund. If you contact us after 48 hrs our normal cancellation policy may apply.

Our parties consist of one hour of faclitiated climbing with instructors, including climbing technique and games.

Youth birthday parties can be booked from 9a – 10a on weekends online for a MAX of 10 climbers. We require a ratio of one (1) adult for every two (2) climbers under 14 years old.

Adult groups of up to 30 climbers may be booked outside these times, please contact our front desk for more information at info.westwood@senderoneclimbing.com

All participants must be over the age of 6 years old.

Arrive at your assigned party check-in time to ensure an on-time start. Late arrivals can participate for the remaining time of the session.

A 50% non-refundable deposit must be made to book. A cancellation up to 24 hours before the event will be issued credit.

Participants must be age 6+ (younger siblings of the birthday climber are allowed to participate but count toward the overall participant number)
– 10 kids maximum
– All kids under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult (age 18 or above). Adults can spectate or climb
– There must be one adult (age 18 or above) to supervise for every 2 children (under the age of 14)
– A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to confirm a party booking.
– Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the party for credit for any of our Sender One gyms
– We host parties on Saturdays from 5 pm – 6pm
