SANCTUM @ Sender One Aliso Viejo

For the first time in Southern California, SANCTUM is coming to Sender One.

See Sender One Aliso Viejo in a whole new light. Surrounded by the gym’s bright, open spaces, you’ll move through a guided journey of movement, breath, music, and mindfulness. Led by a SANCTUM Guide and experienced through wireless headphones, this immersive full-body experience is designed to awaken the body, quiet the mind, and foster connection.

Following the experience, stay for a community social and connect with fellow participants.
