Join us for an Accessible Climbing Meetup! Climbing is for everyone, including those with physical disabilities. Getting to the top of a climbing wall requires a high level of exertion, which is also proven to be important in Parkinson’s Disease therapy. The physical challenges of climbing, along with the mental planning needed, make it a perfect therapy.
**Volunteer Belayers are always needed for the meetup, ask one of our friendly staff members how to get involved!
When: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month
Time: 12 PM – 1:30 PM
Price: $24 Day Pass when you RSVP! Free to join with Membership or Punch Pass.

This clinic is designed to equip climbers of all levels with the knowledge and tools necessary to understand, prevent and address climbing shoulder injuries. The presentation is led by Jared Vagy DPT, “The Climbing Doctor.”
It will begin with a lecture on the most common shoulder injuries that occur with climbing and then break into an interactive clinic teaching exercises to make your shoulders more resilient for climbing.
Whether you’re a beginner looking to establish a strong foundation or an experienced climber aiming to optimize performance and prevent setbacks, this clinic will get you on track and bulletproof your shoulders for climbing rocks!!!
