Yoga strengthens the upper body using your own body weight and serves as a great compliment for climbing.
Our yoga instructors teach a variety of yoga styles, accommodating students of all experience levels.
We offer yoga class daily and monthly yoga workshops.
Mats, blocks, and straps are available, although you are encouraged to bring your own. Yoga towels and mats are also available for purchase in our retail shop.
Our fitness area features first-in-class strength, cardio, and core fitness equipment. Our equipment includes the latest Precor Adaptive Motion Trainers, EFX cross trainers, treadmills, and both recumbent and upright exercise bikes.
The strength training area includes the CT-8 cross training rig, a lat pulldown / seated row machine, combination leg extension / leg curl machine, assisted chin-up / dip machine, as well as benches, free weights, and kettlebells. Also included are a range of medicine and swiss balls.
