Do you offer any discounts?
- Members always receive 10% off of shoes and harnesses.
- New Members get a one time discount of 20% off to use in the shop. Discount applies to the entire purchase and any item in the shop (excluding food and drinks).
- Starter package: Everyone can use this one. 25% can be applied to the purchase of a pair of shoes with a harness. A chalk bag and chalk can be added onto the package, but are not necessary to receive the discount.
- Lead Class discount: Anyone who takes the class qualifies for a 25% discount on the following items: Ropes, Carabiners, Belay Devices, and Ohms.
- Youth Programs: Anyone on a Sender One Youth Team gets a discount of 20% in the shop (excluding food and drink).
- We have various clearance sales throughout the year on apparel, check out our instagram for updates.
What is the return policy?
- We accept returns up to 30 days from purchase.
- We do not take returns on the following items:
- Belay devices (including ohms)
- Ropes
- Harnesses
- Carabiners
- Items that have been open or used
- The shop will take returns on the following items if it is unused and in the original packaging (needs to have the tag or be in the original box):
- Shoes
- Chalk bags
- Clothing
- Accessories
What if the shop doesn't have my size?
- If we are out of your size for shoes or harnesses, email [email protected] to inquire about a special order
- Apparel is first come, first serve. We could have specific sizes still available at our other locations, be sure to ask a front desk member to check for you! If your size is at another gym, we can transfer it to your gym location.
