Meet Our Virtual Yoga Teachers: Sender One SNA - Sender One Climbing

Over the past few weeks, we've been able to continue our beloved yoga classes through a digital platform. More recently, we've moved all our classes to MindBody where students can connect with their favorite instructors and the community via Zoom. Thank you for being here for our instructors at Sender One and expanding your practice with us in the comfort of your own home.

We'd like to introduce the yoga instructors you've grown to love! The following teachers normally teach at Sender One SNA. You may know some of them already, and others may be new faces. Each teacher is unique and carries their own style. We encourage joining classes with different instructors to find the right flow for you.
