Sender One offers a number of options for your next group event, whether it’s a birthday party, school trip, holiday party, church group, scout group, or corporate gathering.  Organize your party around the type of climbing you would like – interactive climbing activities in Sender City or rock climbing on our spectacular 40-65 foot walls.  Our parties are open to all skill levels. No experience necessary!

Sender City

Sender City offers a unique interactive climbing experience! Climb buildings, conquer the giant slide, or jump to a trapeze suspended twenty feet above the ground.

Gym Belay

Climb the biggest walls in Orange County!  Our friendly and talented staff will be dedicated belayers for your event. We maintain a 6:1 ratio of climbers to staff members, so everyone in your party receives specialized attention.

Split Party

Can’t choose which side you like best? Enjoy both interactive climbing in Sender City and belayed rock climbing in the gym.

Intro to Climbing

Interested in learning how to belay? Organize a class for your group to learn basic knots and climbing commands.  This class gives you all-day access to climbing, fitness, and yoga.

  • 2.5 hour packages start at $499
  • Climbers must weigh at least 35lbs
  • 2.5 hour packages start at $499
  • Climbers must be at least 5 years old
  • 2.5 hour packages start at $699
  • Climbers must weigh at least 35lbs and be at least 5 years old

Party FAQ

Will you accommodate more than 25 climbers?
Yes! We can accommodate groups of all sizes! For groups larger than 25 climbers, please email us at [email protected] or fill out an event inquiry form.
How do food and drinks work?
Sender One provides tables and chairs in both of our private party spaces.  We also have a refrigerator available. We offer a great food selection catered by Tustin Pizza Shack, a highly rated local pizza restaurant. If you order food through us, we will provide and set up:

  • Plates
  • Napkins
  • Tablecloths
  • Utensils (if you order pasta or salad)
  • Cups (if you order drinks)

Click here to see our catering menu Food must be ordered 48 hours in advance.  You are welcome to bring your own dry snacks, veggie/fruit platters, drinks, cake or cupcakes. Any third-party catering may be subject to a $100 clean up fee. 

When should I book my party?
For all events, it is recommended that you book at least 2-3 weeks in advance to adequately plan your party.  Allow for more time during peak seasons.  We require a non-refundable deposit to hold your time slot and date.
Do you charge parents who are just watching?
No.  We only charge the guests who are climbing. However, a completed waiver form is required for any person (climber or spectator) that enters the building.  Climbers under the age of 18 MUST have their Sender One waivers signed by their parent or legal guardian.

Do you offer special pricing for non-profit oranizations?
Yes! Please submit an event request form, and our events department will reach out to you.
Why is there a service charge?

A service charge is a non-tip wage added to the total bill. This is being implemented for the direct benefit of our staff who will be facilitating your group. Gratuity is greatly appreciated.

Private party room.  Accommodates up to 30 people.

Party Loft Space.  Overlooks the main climbing gym.  Accommodates up to 50 people.
