October11th | 9AM – 12PM | Meet @ 9AM at Lifeguard Tower 1!
Point Dume sees hundreds of visitors every weekend and often trash gets left behind on the beach, trails and in the climbing areas. Let’s work together to keep our local areas clean for us and future generations! Lifeguard Tower 1 has paid parking directly in front of it, but there is also street parking around the beach as well. With it being the weekend, it would be advisable to arrive earlier to secure parking!
Participants will each receive one free day pass to Sender One. Please wear closed toe shoes, and comfortable clothing! Bringing water is highly recommended!

Jade Wong has been working as a hand therapist for over 10 years, and as a fellow climber, has a drive to help the community understand, and prevent, climbing injuries in the upper extremities.
This clinic will talk about common hand injuries for climbers, Ulnar Sided Wrist Pain, TFCC injuries, and general wrist maintenance and care. It will be mostly education-focused with demonstrations, as well as talking about fun exercise tools, taping techniques, and more!

Join us for an Accessible Climbing Meetup! Climbing is for everyone, including those with physical disabilities. Getting to the top of a climbing wall requires a high level of exertion, which is also proven to be important in Parkinson’s Disease therapy. The physical challenges of climbing, along with the mental planning needed, make it a perfect therapy.
**Volunteer Belayers are always needed for the meetup, ask one of our friendly staff members how to get involved!
When: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month
Time: 12 PM – 1:30 PM
Price: $24 Day Pass when you RSVP! Free to join with Membership or Punch Pass.
No equipment or rentals necessary, just wear what you would for a regular climbing session.
