Second Thursdays of the month 7-9PM

Lagartijas Climbing Crú  is a community-led climbing group for Climbers of Color (BIPOC/PGM) that welcome climbers of all levels, creates opportunities for people to get outdoors safely, gain technical knowledge, and practice responsible stewardship. Ask us about our monthly gym meet ups, clinics, outdoor trips, and free gear library!

Lagartijas (La-gar-tee-has) means “lizard” in Spanish. In the beginning, it was just called “BIPOC Climbing Crew,” but it felt pretty important to have a name. When you have a name, you have something to belong to. Lizards come in all shapes and sizes, exist all over the world, and live in a variety of environments, proving to be adaptable and resilient. In the same way, we are a collective from all backgrounds connected by our love of climbing.

Meetup attendees can upgrade to a membership with a $0 Initiation fee if they sign up during or after the meetup!

Women Crush Wednesday

Member Guest Day – every 3rd Friday of the month

Members can bring in one guest* for free! Take your friend climbing with free entry, free rentals, and a free Intro to Climbing or Intro to Bouldering class! Please reserve the Intro to Climbing class in advance.

*Guests must be new to Sender One. This does not count towards your normal monthly guest pass!

Send With Pride works with Queer Crush to create a safe and inclusive spaces for those who are diverse in their gender, romantic, and sexual orientations. We empower Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous, and People of Color of all abilities to seek healing, health, community, and connection with the land through the art and sport of climbing.
